We'll guide you on how to return the item to us, typically using Hermes Parcel Drop-off or Parcel Collection, all at our expense, including the packaging.

We understand that making a purchase without seeing the product in person can be challenging. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your product, return it, and we'll gladly issue a full refund. Please note that personalised gifts cannot be returned, and we cannot cancel orders once they're printed or in transit. We can only accept returns for personalised gifts if they fall into the categories mentioned above.
